Jaanwar
Orphaned when his mother dies of starvation, Babu (Akshay Kumar) is taken in by a local criminal, Sultan (Shakti Kapoor). Babu grows up to become 'Badshah', a feared man with a shady record. One day, after a narrow escape following a store robbery, he chances upon a street performer Sapna (Karisma Kapoor) in ragged clothes, dancing for money. He helps her and Sapna is touched by his gentlemanly ways. Soon, love makes him want to renounce his criminal ways, but Sultan returns to remind him of his past. Caught in the conundrum, what will Babu do?
